At LECI, we are committed to supporting our customers throughout the use of our products and services with a clear, transparent, and professional warranty policy.
1. Warranty Coverage
Applies to all technical products and services provided by LECI, still within the warranty period as stated in the contract or delivery note.
Standard warranty period: 6 to 12 months depending on the product type or service category.
2. Eligible Warranty Cases
2.1. Products
Manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
Support method: One-for-one replacement or free repair depending on the case.
2.2. Technical Services
For repairs, replacements, or system upgrades performed by LECI:
Warranty applies to specific faults.
Commitment: No recurrence of the same issue within 3 months after acceptance.
If the issue recurs, LECI will handle it free of charge.
3. Excluded Warranty Cases
Misuse, incorrect installation, improper operation, or wrong power supply.
Damage caused by physical impact: drops, collisions, fire, explosion, water ingress, or unauthorized repair.
Consumables (e.g., bulbs, electrodes, protective lenses, cutting heads) are not covered unless stated otherwise.
4. Out-of-Warranty Support
For cases not eligible for warranty, LECI offers inspection, repair, or replacement at a reasonable service fee.
Technical services are provided promptly to minimize production downtime.
5. Warranty Claim Conditions
Product must retain intact warranty seal (if any) and show no third-party interference.
Customers must provide the delivery slip, purchase invoice, or order number for warranty verification.
All warranty requests must be sent directly to LECI’s technical department for processing guidance.
6. Extended Warranty Policy
LECI offers periodic maintenance contracts or extended warranty agreements upon request for corporate clients, manufacturing plants, or large-scale projects.
Details will be clearly stated in the service agreement.
7. Warranty Process
Step 1: Request IntakeCustomer contacts LECI technical team via phone, email, or in person to report the issue and provide required information:
Order/product number
Purchase date
Detailed description of the issue and images/videos (if available)
Step 2: Condition VerificationLECI verifies order information, warranty seal status, and usage conditions. On-site inspection may be conducted if necessary.
Step 3: Solution Proposal
If within warranty: Repair, replace on-site, or return to service center.
If out of warranty: Quotation with cost and estimated timeline sent for customer approval.
Step 4: Warranty ExecutionLECI proceeds with repair, parts replacement, or product exchange as agreed.Ensures timely completion and post-repair quality.
Step 5: Final Handover & AcceptanceAfter completion, the product/system is rechecked and handed over to the customer.Warranty result is updated in LECI’s system for future support tracking.
