The Dymax 1200-EC Series delivers high-intensity UV/Visible light in a narrow, focused beam (1” × 6”), designed for applications that demand deep cures and tack-free finishes within short exposure times—typically 10 to 30 seconds. Emitting a broad-spectrum output with peak intensity in the UV-A range (320–390 nm), this system enables fast, reliable curing of UV adhesives, coatings, and inks.

With a compact curing beam, the 1200-EC is ideal for targeted linear curing, curing larger than ½ inch bond lines, or processing multiple parts arranged in trays or rows. Its design suits a wide range of UV applications such as bonding, potting, sealing, tacking, and encapsulating in sectors including automotive, electronics, optics, and medical devices.

The system consists of three core components:

A 400-watt metal halide UV bulb
A power supply
A precision-engineered reflector housing

Optional accessories such as UV shields, shutter assemblies, and lamp stands can be added at purchase or retrofitted later. For enhanced flexibility, the system supports both bench-top setups and conveyor-mounted integration into automated production environments.
