535-A-REV-A is an adhesive activator designed to accelerate the curing of Dymax 600 and 800 series structural adhesives. It is pre-applied to one of the bonding substrates, such as metal, ceramic, glass, or thermoset plastics, while adhesive is applied to the mating surface. The parts are then joined to form strong, fast-curing bonds.
The activator can be applied using spraying, dipping, brushing, or pad transfer, and it offers long open times after pre-application, providing flexibility for assembly.
Formulated to be environmentally friendly, 535-A-REV-A contains no ozone-depleting chemicals (ODCs), supports a safe working environment, and provides excellent degreasing and wetting properties.
