The AKTITRON S16 is a precision UV light integrator designed to control and monitor UV exposure processes for photosensitive films, emulsions, and coatings. It ensures accurate, consistent UV curing by measuring and regulating the UV energy delivered during exposure.

- Microprocessor Control: Stores up to 15 programmable exposure settings plus one vacuum mode, ensuring high repeatability across production runs.
- Touchscreen Interface: Provides intuitive control with clear display of exposure time, vacuum status, and active program. Operators can easily start, stop, and adjust settings during operation.
- UV Sensor: Comes with a high-sensitivity photocell and a 5-meter cable for flexible positioning and precise light measurement.
- System Integration: Includes control signals for switching UV lamps on/off, adjusting power output (30–100%), and confirming ready status. Compatible with various UV exposure systems.
- Dual Functionality: Operates as both a UV integrator and a digital exposure timer, with a manual timer mode (up to 999 seconds) when the sensor is not in use.
Installation Options:
- Version A: Standalone desktop version with full housing.
- Version E: Flush-mounted version for built-in system integration.
- Reliable Performance: Internal memory retains all exposure programs and parameters, ensuring consistent operation without recalibration.
Optional Configurations:
- Extended sensor cable lengths (10 m or 15 m).
- Custom housing colors available upon request to match equipment or branding.
