Designed with usability in mind, the system features a 7-inch touchscreen interface with intuitive controls, supports PLC integration, and allows users to store up to 16 curing programs for repeatable and reliable processing. Advanced diagnostics continuously monitor system health, providing real-time fault alerts directly on the controller display.
Each controller can operate up to two LED emitters, reducing installation footprint and cost. Users can expand their setup to cover larger areas or employ multiple wavelengths (365, 385, or 405 nm) to match a wide range of UV-curable materials and process requirements.
Leveraging LED technology, the FX-1250 offers quiet, energy-efficient operation with minimal heat emission. The system is also supported by a comprehensive range of accessories, including adjustable stands and protective light shields for maximum application flexibility.
