Features:

• Up to 4 Independent LED Heads: Control four LED heads simultaneously or inpidually, selectable in 365 nm, 385 nm, or 405 nm wavelengths to match a variety of UV or visible-curable materials
• Variable Mode with Fine Control: Adjust exposure time (0.1–999 s) and intensity in 1% increments per head for highly customized curing profiles
• Interchangeable Focusing Lenses: Choose from 3 mm, 5 mm, or 8 mm lenses to tailor spot size and focus; LEDs are mounted at the wand tips for precise delivery and access to intricate areas—including 360° curing on complex parts
• Instant On/Off & Efficient Cooling: LEDs provide immediate power without warm-up, with natural cooling that supports continuous hand-held use without overheating. Temperature oversight extends LED lifespan
• User-Friendly Interface: Features a touchscreen HMI that supports up to 20 programmable curing recipes. Activation is via footswitch, front-panel, or PLC, enabling seamless integration with automated lines
• Compact & Durable Design: The lightweight controller (approx. 1 kg) measures 147.5 × 93.5 × 137.4 mm, and each LED wand weighs around 130 g with a 1.5 m cable

System Configuration:

• Each system includes a controller with power supply and footswitch.
• LED wand(s) must be ordered separately (available in 365, 385, or 405 nm, 1 m cable).
• Select and install appropriate focusing lenses for each wand.
• Optional accessories: extension cables, angle adapters, radiometer kits, mounting stands, and shields
