BOCI Laser Cutting Head – 2D

BOCI 2D laser cutting heads are fiber laser cutting heads specifically designed for flat sheet metal processing, engineered for industrial CNC fiber laser cutting systems. They are widely used for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals in sheet metal fabrication.

BOCI 2D cutting heads are available with manual or automatic focus (Auto Focus) depending on the power range, enabling precise focal point control throughout the cutting process. The optical system consists of collimating and focusing lenses, combined with multi-layer protective windows, ensuring stable beam quality, minimizing spatter adhesion, and extending the service life of optical components. Developed by Shanghai Friendess Electronic Technology, these cutting heads effectively support the processing of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals in steel structure fabrication, heavy mechanical processing, and weld edge preparation.

The BOCI 3D BLT4 P cutting head is equipped with an AB swing axis mechanism, enabling flexible bevel cutting with tilt angles of up to ±45°, and supporting common bevel types such as V, Y, X, and K. The Auto Focus system, combined with an optical assembly consisting of collimating and focusing lenses and multi-layer protective windows, ensures stable beam quality even during continuous angle changes. This design allows precise bevel creation in a single cutting pass, reducing secondary processing steps and significantly improving production efficiency.
