The material cures rapidly with UV/Visible light and then continues curing with ambient moisture, ensuring complete cure even in shadowed areas.
Formulated without IBOA and using low-sensitizing ingredients, 9210-W is optimized for safety in skin-contact applications, making it suitable for wearable electronic devices.
This encapsulant demonstrates high reliability, excellent adhesion to common electronic substrates like polyimide, polyamide, and FR4, and strong resistance under environmental stress.
