Dymax Dual-Cure 9483 is a high-performance, solvent-free conformal coating engineered for demanding applications on rigid and flexible PCBs. This dual-cure system enables fast UV/Visible light curing for tack-free surfaces and incorporates a secondary ambient moisture cure, ensuring complete polymerization even in shadowed areas.
9483 is designed for 2–8 mils (0.002–0.008 in) coating thickness, ideal for automotive-grade electronics. The material delivers exceptional corrosion resistance, thermal cycling durability, and chemical protection, meeting the rigorous standards of the automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics, and appliance industries.
