Dymax 1181-M is a high-performance LED-curable adhesive formulated for medical electronics assembly. It cures in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light, and offers secondary heat cure for shadowed areas. The material can also cure through UV-blocked plastics.
For easy visual or automated inspection, the adhesive fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm). Ideal for reservoir and transducer assembly, 1181-M also features deep cure capability, making it suitable for potting applications.
