The Dymax 2000-EC Series is engineered for general-purpose, low-intensity UV curing of adhesives, coatings, and inks. Specifically designed to emit worker-safe, longwave UVA energy, these systems limit exposure to more hazardous UV bands while still delivering effective curing performance.
Featuring a large 64-square-inch (approx. 412 cm²) curing area, the 2000-EC flood lamps are ideal for laboratory environments, batch production, and R&D applications.
The system includes a 400 W metal halide bulb, reflector housing, and power supply, and supports a wide range of UV bonding, potting, sealing, tacking, and encapsulating tasks across industries such as automotive, electronics, optics, and medical devices.
Optional accessories—including UV shielding, shutter assemblies, and adjustable lamp stands—can be pre-configured or retrofitted to meet specific application needs. Fully integrated, ready-to-use UV flood curing systems are also available.
