Dymax 9501-F is a UV/Visible light-curable adhesive optimized for LED curing at 385 nm, specifically designed for electric vehicle (EV) battery assembly. This colorless adhesive delivers a high-strength bond between cylindrical cells and the battery pack base, ensuring structural stability and long-term performance.
Engineered to withstand thermal shock, high temperatures, and humidity, 9501-F is ideal for potting and bonding applications within EV batteries. It provides excellent adhesion to metals and plastics commonly used in battery assemblies, including nickel-plated metals, aluminum, ABS, PC, and PC/ABS blends.
The product cures within seconds, enabling faster production, higher throughput, and reduced assembly costs. It also fluoresces blue under 365 nm blacklight, simplifying inspection and quality assurance processes.
