Dymax 9703 is a UV/Visible light-curable optical adhesive that cures in seconds and is specially formulated for flat panel display applications where re-workability and non-yellowing performance are critical.
It adheres to a wide variety of substrates including PC, PET, PMMA, glass, and stainless steel. Typical applications include optical display bonding and lamination of small handheld screens, touchscreens, and large-size flat panel displays.
The adhesive is easily reworkable using conventional methods such as wire cutting, making repairs or part removal efficient while maintaining long-term bond strength. Its non-yellowing nature ensures long-term optical clarity, and its low shrinkage minimizes visual distortion post-cure, enhancing display quality and durability.
Dymax materials are solvent-free and cure upon exposure to light, enabling faster processing and lower production costs. When cured with Dymax UV curing systems — spot lamps, focused beam, flood lamps, or conveyors — they deliver optimal performance and throughput. 9703 is fully compliant with RoHS2 Directives 2015/863/EU.
