Dymax Dual Cure 3401 is a dual-cure plastic adhesive formulated to bond a wide range of plastic and metal substrates, and is ideally suited for bonding PC and ABS materials.
This adhesive utilizes dual-cure technology, curing first with UV/Visible light and then with ambient moisture to reach full cure in areas where light cannot reach.
It delivers superior bond strength, excellent moisture and thermal resistance, and low shrinkage after cure. For fast and easy in-line inspection, 3401 fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm).
Dymax materials are solvent-free and cure upon exposure to light, enabling faster processing, higher throughput, and lower production costs. When used with Dymax UV curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems, the adhesive achieves optimum curing speed and performance.
Dymax 3401 is fully compliant with RoHS2 Directives 2015/863/EU.
