Dymax GA-103 is a Form-in-Place (FIP) and Cure-in-Place (CIP) gasketing resin designed for fuel cells, underwater enclosures, and high-temperature sealing applications that require a low compression set. GA-103 exhibits excellent adhesion to plastics, electroplated plastics, and metal surfaces, while delivering superior resistance to heat, moisture, and chemicals.
This resin can be dispensed into intricate and complex geometries with the added benefit of in-line curing, which enables faster production speed, greater throughput, lower processing costs, and reduced inventories.
Dymax materials contain no nonreactive solvents and cure upon exposure to UV/Visible light, resulting in faster cycle times and cost-effective manufacturing. When cured using Dymax UV light-curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems, they deliver optimal speed and deep curing performance.
