Dymax GA-142 is a form-in-place (FIP) and cure-in-place (CIP) gasketing resin designed for electrical enclosures, HVAC ductwork, and automotive casing applications requiring a soft, sticky, flexible gasket with low compression set.
GA-142 demonstrates strong adhesion to plastics, metals, and ceramics. It can be easily dispensed into intricate and complex geometries, and the in-line curing capability enables faster production, greater throughput, reduced processing costs, and minimized inventory.
Dymax materials are solvent-free and cure instantly with UV/Visible light. When used with Dymax UV spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems, they ensure fast and deep curing performance for optimal production efficiency.
