Dymax GA-142-F is a form-in-place (FIP) and cure-in-place (CIP) gasketing resin designed for electrical enclosures, HVAC ductwork, and automotive casing applications that demand softness, tackiness, flexibility, and low compression set.
This gasket adheres well to plastic, metal, and ceramic surfaces. The material can be precisely dispensed into complex or intricate geometries, and the benefit of in-line curing increases production throughput while reducing inventory levels.
The product also fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm), making it easy to visually inspect gasket placement and coverage.
Dymax materials are solvent-free and cure upon exposure to UV/Visible light. Their rapid curing capabilities help reduce assembly time and cost. When cured using Dymax spot lamps, focused-beam lamps, or flood lamps, they deliver optimal performance and curing depth.
