Dymax Gasketing Resin GA-112 is a form-in-place (FIP), cure-in-place (CIP) gasketing adhesive that cures in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light. This product is ideal for sealing applications that require compression set resistance, a tack-free surface, and durable, long-lasting seals.
The resin can be precisely dispensed into complex or intricate patterns, making it highly adaptable to automated or manual dispensing systems. Its in-line curing ability enhances production throughput, reduces cycle time, and minimizes inventory.
Dymax materials contain no nonreactive solvents and cure quickly under light exposure. When used with Dymax spot lamps, focused-beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems, the material delivers optimal speed and curing depth.
