Dymax GA-120 is a form-in-place (FIP) and cure-in-place (CIP) gasketing resin designed for immediate parts processing and increased production throughput. It is ideal for applications such as speaker assembly, sound damping, and automotive enclosures that require a soft, tacky, flexible gasket with good deflection and self-leveling viscosity.
This gasketing material exhibits excellent adhesion to plastic and metal surfaces. It can be easily dispensed into complex component geometries, with in-line curing enabling faster production speeds, higher output, and lower inventory costs.
Dymax materials contain no nonreactive solvents and cure upon exposure to UV/Visible light, which leads to lower processing costs. When used with Dymax UV curing spot lamps, focused-beam lamps, or flood lamps, GA-120 delivers optimal speed and deep curing performance.
