Multipurpose Adhesive for Prefillable Syringes and Injection Devices Dymax MD 1045-M
Dymax MD 1045-M is an advanced light-curable adhesive specially engineered for the rapid bonding of prefillable syringes, single-use medical devices, and auto-injectors, pen injectors, and wearable injection systems. It bonds effectively to glass, stainless steel (SS), ABS, and PC, overcoming common production challenges such as needle orientation, material overflow, and long dispense/cure cycles.
Formulated for low extractables and tested to meet ISO 10993 cytotoxicity standards, 1045-M supports manufacturers in:
