Dymax MD 108-MSK – Airway Management/Respiratory Support Device Bonding Adhesive
Dymax MD 108-MSK is a high-performance medical adhesive specifically designed for bonding plastics used in respiratory support and airway management devices, such as anesthesia masks and oxygen delivery components. The adhesive cures within seconds using UV or LED light and features blue fluorescence under low-intensity blacklight (365 nm), enabling reliable in-line quality inspection.
Bondable materials include PVC, polycarbonate, polystyrene, polyurethane, and ABS. Common applications are nasal pillow masks, oxygen masks, and Venturi masks.
This product is:
- Solvent-free and one-component for easy handling
- Cytotoxicity-tested per ISO 10993-5, ensuring patient safety
- In full compliance with RoHS2 Directives 2015/863/EU
When cured with Dymax light-curing spot lamps, focused-beam lamps, or flood lamps, MD 108-MSK delivers fast bonding speed, deep cure, and high efficiency, making it ideal for scalable medical device manufacturing.
