Plastic Bonding Respiratory Device Adhesive
MD 111-MSK is a UV/Visible light-curable adhesive engineered for fast bonding of plastics commonly used in anesthesia masks and respiratory support devices. The product cures within seconds, enabling high-speed assembly of medical components.
This moisture-resistant adhesive also fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm) for easy in-line visual inspection.
Bondable substrates: PVC, PS, PU, SEBS
Typical applications: Anesthesia masks, respiratory support equipment
MD 111-MSK is solvent-free, fully compliant with RoHS2 Directives 2015/863/EU, and delivers optimal performance when cured with Dymax UV or LED curing systems.
