Dymax MD 1120-M-UR is a fast-curing, LED-optimized medical adhesive that bonds a wide range of plastics commonly used in the assembly of medical devices. This moisture-resistant product cures tack-free in as little as four seconds, making it ideal for assembling reservoirs, tube sets, port fittings, drug delivery devices, pumps, and heat-sensitive substrates.
Formulated with Ultra-Red fluorescing technology, the adhesive emits a bright red fluorescence under low-intensity black light (365 nm) for easy post-cure inspection of bond lines.
Bondable substrates: ABS, CAP, PA, PC, PS, PU, PVC, SAN
Typical applications: Reservoirs, tubing sets, fittings, drug delivery systems, and pumps
Solvent-free and fully compliant with RoHS2 Directives 2015/863/EU, MD® 1120-M-UR works best when cured with Dymax LED or UV light-curing systems for fast, deep, and reliable results.
