MD 1121-M is a fast-curing, LED/UV light-curable medical adhesive designed for rapid assembly of a wide range of plastics commonly used in medical devices. It forms strong bonds to BPA-Free Copolyester, ABS, PC, PU, PVC, and TPU.
The adhesive is self-leveling, moisture-resistant, and fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm) for easy in-line visual inspection. It is compatible with both LED curing systems and traditional UV mercury bulb lamps. MD 1121-M meets ISO 10993-5 Cytotoxicity biocompatibility approval.

Applications: Tube sets, plastic housings, and general medical device assembly
Fully compliant with RoHS2 Directives 2015/863/EU and free from nonreactive solvents.
