Multipurpose Adhesive for Medical Device Assembly
MD 1161-M is a fast-curing, UV/LED light-curable adhesive specially designed for assembling disposable medical devices. It is ideal for needle bonding, reservoir assembly, and tube set and fitting applications.
The adhesive fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm) for easy in-line inspection. It forms strong bonds to PC, ABS, PVC, PMMA, stainless steel, and PA, and meets various ISO 10993 biocompatibility approvals.

Applications: Needle bonding, tube sets, reservoir and connector assembly
Fully compliant with RoHS2 Directives 2015/863/EU and free of nonreactive solvents.
