Dymax MD 1209-M-UR-SC is a high-performance LED-curable medical adhesive designed for bonding plastics commonly used in medical device assemblies. The product features a self-leveling Newtonian viscosity and is formulated with Encompass Technology, which integrates two powerful features:
See-Cure color change: adhesive appears bright blue when dispensed and turns colorless after full cure
Ultra-Red fluorescence: enables simple, in-line inspection with a bright red glow under black light
This adhesive delivers excellent adhesion to PVC, PC, PS, ABS, and SEBS, making it ideal for applications such as needle bonding, tube sets, medical potting, and device assembly.
Solvent-free and fast-curing with UV or LED light, MD 1209-M-UR-SC significantly improves manufacturing throughput, efficiency, and product quality. It is optimized for use with Dymax spot lamps, focused-beam systems, or conveyor UV-curing equipment.
