Dymax MD 1401-M-UR is a medical-grade adhesive optimized for fast curing with LED light at 385 nm or 405 nm, making it ideal for needle bonding and medical device assembly applications.
The product features a medium viscosity for easy dispensing and cures tack-free upon exposure to UV/Visible light. Formulated with Ultra-Red® fluorescing technology, it emits a bright red glow under low-intensity blacklight (365 nm), offering excellent visual contrast on blue-fluorescing plastics like PVC and facilitating post-cure inspection of bond lines.
Bondable substrates include: stainless steel, PC, PS, glass, PA, ABS, PMMA, and PP – including difficult-to-bond plastics.
