Dymax MD 1402-M is a light-curable medical adhesive formulated for fast bonding at 385 nm or 405 nm LED wavelengths, optimized for joining plastics and metals in medical syringes, reservoirs, and tubing sets.
This solvent-free, non-yellowing adhesive features low viscosity for improved substrate wetting and precision dispensing. It also fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm), making it easy to inspect bond lines inline during the manufacturing process.
Bondable substrates include: stainless steel, polycarbonate (PC), polystyrene (PS), ABS, polyamide (PA), PMMA, and polypropylene (PP), including difficult-to-bond plastics.
