Dymax MD 1901-M is a flexible, LED-curable coating specifically formulated for coating and sealing circuitry in medical electronics. The product cures in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light, and includes secondary heat-cure capability to ensure full polymerization even in shadowed areas.
This solvent-free and flame-retardant formulation is repairable and compatible with both rigid and flexible substrates, making it ideal for medical microcircuit protection and moisture barrier applications. It bonds well to glass, FR-4, metal, ceramic, and glass-filled epoxy.
