Dymax MD 203A-CTH-F is a medical-grade adhesive formulated to cure in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light, with secondary heat cure capability for shadowed areas. It delivers strong adhesion to common metals and plastics used in the manufacture of catheters and guidewires.
This solvent-free, impact-resistant adhesive meets various ISO 10993 biocompatibility approvals, ensuring safety for medical applications. For easy in-line quality control, the material fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm).
Compatible substrates: stainless steel, aluminum, nitinol, polyamide (PA), polyurethane (PU), ABS, and glass.
