LED-Optimized Plastic Bonding Adhesive for Catheter Assembly Dymax MD 215-CTH-LV-UR-SC
Dymax MD 215-CTH-LV-UR-SC is a light-curable adhesive specifically engineered for bonding challenging catheter substrates such as Nylon 12, PEBA, and other plastics that are traditionally difficult to bond. Optimized for LED curing, this adhesive delivers rapid bonding performance in catheter manufacturing environments.
The product is formulated with Encompass Technology, which combines See-Cure (a color-change technology for verifying adhesive placement and full cure) with Ultra-Red fluorescing for efficient post-cure visual inspection. The adhesive appears bright blue upon dispensing and becomes colorless after full cure, while the Ultra-Red fluorescence enables easy inspection even on substrates like PVC that naturally fluoresce blue.
