Dymax MD 215-CTH-T-UR-SC is a high-performance medical-grade adhesive engineered for next-generation catheter assembly. It offers fast cure under LED 385 nm light and excellent adhesion to difficult substrates such as PEBA and Nylon 12.
The product features Encompass technology, combining two key visual inspection tools into one formulation:
See-Cure: Blue color upon dispense that turns colorless upon full cure, confirming proper light exposure.
Ultra-Red fluorescence: Bright red fluorescence under 365 nm black light, contrasting against blue-fluorescing plastics like PVC for easy bond-line inspection.
