Dymax Multi-Cure 6-630-T - Glass-to-Metal Bonding Adhesive with Secondary Heat Cure
Dymax Multi-Cure 6-630-T is a high-performance structural adhesive engineered for bonding metal, glass, ceramic, phenolic, and filled polyamide components. Designed for fast, precise assembly, it cures within seconds under UV/Visible light, and also supports secondary heat curing for shadowed areas. In addition, a pre-applied activator can be used when light curing is not feasible.
This adhesive delivers exceptional flexibility, as well as resistance to moisture and high temperatures, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications. It is commonly used in automotive latch assemblies, potting processes, and the bonding of glass fixtures or furniture.
Dymax adhesives are solvent-free, cure quickly upon light exposure, and help manufacturers achieve greater efficiency, reduced cycle time, and lower production costs. When used with Dymax curing systems (spot, beam, flood, or conveyor), 6-630-T offers optimal cure depth and speed for high-throughput production lines.
