Dymax Multi-Cure 921-GEL is formulated for rapid, rigid adhesive bonding and shallow potting (up to 0.25 in / 6 mm) on a wide range of substrates, including metal, glass, ceramic, and many thermoset plastics. The resin is primarily cured by UV/Visible light and includes a secondary cure mechanism via heat or activator for shadowed areas.
Dymax materials contain no nonreactive solvents. Their ability to cure within seconds supports higher production efficiency, increased throughput, and reduced processing costs. When used with Dymax spot lamps, focused-beam lamps, or flood lamps, this product delivers optimum curing performance for bonding and assembly.
