Dymax OP-29-GEL is a UV-curable optical adhesive designed to form tough, resilient bonds to glass, metals, and a variety of plastics including polycarbonate and polyimide. This product cures in seconds upon exposure to UV light, making it highly efficient for fast-paced production environments.
Recommended applications include tacking, bonding, potting, and sealing.
Dymax materials are solvent-free and cure upon exposure to light, enabling lower processing costs and increased throughput. When cured using Dymax UV spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems, the adhesive delivers optimal speed and performance. Dymax lamps offer the best balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures.
This product is fully compliant with the RoHS2 Directives 2015/863/EC.
