Dymax OP-60 is a high-performance optical adhesive that cures in seconds upon exposure to UV or visible light. It is specially formulated for the precise positioning of lenses, prisms, and other optical components in applications requiring minimal or no movement post-cure.
The adhesive features low shrinkage, low outgassing, and a low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), making it ideal for optical systems where stability and long-term alignment are critical.
OP-60 bonds well to metal, glass, ceramic, FR-4, and polycarbonate, and is typically used in applications such as optical alignment, metrology systems, and photonic assemblies.
