Fusion UV Dichroic Reflectors are engineered to optimize UV curing performance on temperature-sensitive substrates. By minimizing infrared (IR) heat reflected onto the product, these reflectors help maintain material integrity while ensuring reliable curing results. They can be easily retrofitted into existing Fusion UV microwave-powered irradiators or integrated into new UV curing system designs.
Constructed to match the exact dimensions of standard reflectors used in Fusion UV systems, each reflector features 50+ dielectric coating layers that efficiently reflect UV energy while absorbing longer IR wavelengths. The absorbed heat is safely dissipated through air-cooling, enhancing process stability and thermal protection. Two product options are available: Standard Dichroic and Dichroic Plus — selected based on application-specific thermal and curing requirements.
Features:
Optimized for heat-sensitive substrates such as electronics, plastics, and medical components
Significantly reduces IR heat transfer during UV curing
Enhances product quality and surface finish
Fully compatible and easily installed in Fusion UV microwave-powered irradiators
Improves process stability and substrate protection
