Tack-Free, Moisture and Chemical Resistant FIP Gasketing Resin
Dymax GA-201 is a form-in-place (FIP)/cure-in-place (CIP) gasketing resin formulated for sealing plastic, glass, metal enclosures, and plated surfaces in automotive door handles, appliance housings, and critical electronic assemblies. It provides a soft, flexible, tack-free gasket that acts as a barrier against moisture, air, dust, noise, liquids, and gases.
This resin can be precisely dispensed in intricate patterns and cures in-line, supporting higher production speeds and lower inventory costs. Once cured, it offers excellent resistance to moisture and chemicals, making it ideal for demanding sealing applications.
Dymax materials contain no nonreactive solvents and cure in seconds under UV/Visible light. When used with Dymax spot lamps, focused-beam lamps, or flood lamps, they deliver optimal performance for high-throughput assembly lines.
