HLC-M-1000 is a hybrid light-curable adhesive designed for precision bonding in medical device assembly. It is suitable for use on catheters, tubing sets, diagnostic/therapeutic equipment, autoinjectors, and endoscopes. This adhesive features dual-cure capabilities, with a moisture/contact cure that enables complete curing in shadowed areas.
The material cures rapidly under broad-spectrum or LED light (optimized at 405 nm) and requires only low intensity (~20 mW/cm²) for effective curing. Upon contact, it begins to cure instantly; light exposure further enhances bond strength and surface hardness, resulting in a tack-free finish.
With a wicking grade of 3 cP, HLC-M-1000 is ideal for capillary bonding in tight-fitting assemblies. It is compatible with many commonly used substrates including ABS, PC, PEBA, and PMMA.
Designed to work with dedicated dispensing systems tailored for hybrid light-curable adhesives, ensuring precise application and process control.
