Incure Epo-Weld™ HTCP-650 is a one-component, fibre-reinforced ceramic gel designed to function as a high-performance gasket and sealing solution in environments with extreme heat exposure. Formulated with a hybrid combination of ceramic particles and high-temperature-resistant fibres, HTCP-650 maintains structural integrity and pliability under operating temperatures of up to 1,300°C (2,400°F).
Distributed exclusively by LECI in Vietnam, this thixotropic sealant is engineered for industrial sealing applications such as boiler doors, ductwork, blowers, ovens, compressors, steam valves, furnaces, turbines, manifolds, and heat exchangers. Upon full cure, the product exhibits excellent chemical resistance, mechanical strength, and thermal stability while remaining slightly flexible to accommodate thermal expansion and mechanical stress.

Application Instructions:
- For best performance, apply using a spatula, caulking gun, or putty knife.
- Maintain bond line thickness below 250 microns (10 mils).
- Apply pressure to remove trapped air and prevent deformation.
- For cross sections between 3.2 mm and 6.4 mm (1/8" to 1/4"), apply in layers to avoid blistering. Total joint thickness should not exceed 20 mm (3/4").
Surface Preparation:
- Surfaces must be free of grease, dust, oxidation, or chemical residue.
- Porous materials such as cast metals should be baked to eliminate embedded oils or solvents.
- Smooth metal surfaces should be abrasive blasted to a profile of 0.001” (0.025 mm) for optimum bonding.
Storage and Handling:
- Store product in its original container at room temperature.
- For two-part epoxy systems (if applicable), preheat Part A and B separately to 35–50°C (95–122°F) for easier mixing.
- After mixing, allow the material to settle in a container with double capacity to account for any gas release. Let sit for 24 hours before application.
