Incure Epo-Weld HTCP-950 is a one-component, water-based, metal-filled ceramic repair paste engineered for ultra-high temperature applications. Its proprietary hybrid formulation combines stainless steel and ceramic materials to provide excellent thermal stability, adhesion, and durability in harsh industrial environments.
Distributed by LECI in Vietnam, HTCP-950 is specifically designed for repairing cracks, voids, and joints in metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel, cast aluminium, and cast iron. The product is ideal for applications in automotive, aerospace, foundries, incineration systems, and power generation industries, withstanding continuous operating temperatures up to 1,100°C (2,000°F).
HTCP-950 is particularly suited for repairs up to 12.5 mm (1/2") in components such as boilers, ductwork, turbines, furnaces, heat exchangers, and manifolds.

Application Instructions:
- Apply using a spatula, putty knife, or caulking gun.
- Maintain glue line thickness under 250 microns (10 mils) to ensure performance and prevent air entrapment.
- For repairs with thickness between 3.2 mm and 6.4 mm (1/8” to 1/4”), apply in multiple layers to avoid blistering.
- Maximum total repair thickness should not exceed 20 mm (3/4”).
Surface Preparation:
- All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, and loose particles.
- Cast or porous metal parts should be baked to eliminate embedded contaminants.
- Smooth metal surfaces should be abrasive-blasted to achieve a surface roughness of 0.025 mm (0.001").
Storage and Handling:
- Store in original containers at room temperature.
- For pre-mixed systems (if applicable), use a container with twice the volume to allow for potential outgassing. Let the mixture settle for 24 hours before use.
- Product should be protected from freezing and excessive heat during storage.
