Incure Quad-Cure 1922 UV/Visible/Heat/Activator Curing adhesive is a low viscosity, superior strength metals, glass and ceramics bonder (up to 13,700 PSI). Product cures in seconds with UV/visible light. With heat and/or activator Actif 398, bonding strength starts increasing in 10 minutes before achieving 95% of bond-strength within 24 hours. Incure 1922 exhibits enhanced excellent moisture and temperature resistance and has very low water absorption and shrinkage properties. Formulated with 100% solids with no volatiles, it is highly suitable for products requiring thermal-cycling.
