Incure Ultra-Illumina 3502 is a UL-compliant, 100% solids UV and moisture dual-curable conformal coating developed for high-performance protection of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA). Specially designed for high-volume spray systems, this coating contains no solvents, ensuring a clog-free, environmentally responsible solution for modern electronics manufacturing.
Once cured under UV light, the coating forms a durable, hard, and resilient protective film with thickness ranging from 30 to 150 microns, offering excellent moisture resistance, chemical durability, and strong adhesion even under harsh operating environments. Areas shielded from UV exposure will cure via ambient moisture within 72 hours. Ultra-Illumina™ 3502 is fluorescent under UV inspection, enabling fast and reliable quality control in production environments.

The product cures completely with systems such as F2000™ ARC Flood Lamps or L9000™ LED systems. Shadowed areas cure within 72 hours through ambient humidity.

Shelf Life & Storage
- Shelf life is a minimum of 12 months when stored unopened
- Store in original packaging in a dark, cool place (2°C to 20°C)
- Keep container closed when not in use and avoid light exposure
- Do not transfer to other containers as this voids the warranty
Cleaning & Handling
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil or contaminants
- IPA or other compatible solvents may be used to remove uncured material
- Always refer to the MSDS for safe handling practices
Sterilization: EtO or Gamma sterilization is not applicable for this product. If used in medical applications requiring multiple sterilization cycles, consult Incure Technical Support for recommendations.
