Incure Ultra-Illumina 3511 is a high-performance, 100% solids UV light-curable conformal coating developed for PCB assembly protection. Designed for use in high-volume spray coating systems, this low-viscosity resin flows smoothly without clogging application valves and provides an even coating with excellent surface finish. It cures to a clear, hard, and glossy protective film with thicknesses ranging from 30 microns up to 5 mm.
The cured coating serves as an excellent moisture barrier, including under high-altitude conditions. It also fluoresces under UV inspection light, enabling rapid in-line inspection and quality control. For shadowed or recessed areas beneath components, curing is completed through a reliable secondary heat cure process.
Ultra-Illumina 3511 meets UL 746C standards, with ratings for both indoor and outdoor use, and complies with UL 94V-0 flame class at operating temperatures up to 120°C.

Storage and Handling: Shelf life is 12 months in unopened original containers. Store between 2°C and 20°C in a dark, cool place. Always keep containers closed when not in use and avoid direct light exposure. Do not repack into other containers to maintain product integrity. Surfaces must be clean and dry, free from grease or mold release agents. Use isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to clean uncured material. Refer to the MSDS before use.
Sterilization Note: This product is not formulated for EtO or gamma sterilization. For critical assemblies requiring repeated sterilization or steam autoclave exposure, consult Incure Support for application-specific validation.
