Incure Ultra-Illumina 3561 is a high-performance, UV/moisture-curable conformal coating formulated for printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA). Engineered with a very low viscosity and a permanent fluorescing finish, this product is ideal for high-volume spray systems where fast processing, uniform coverage, and moisture resistance are essential.

- Water and Thermal Resistant: Shows excellent adhesion and stability across a wide thermal range from –55°C to +150°C, with low water absorption (0.01%) and elongation of 74%, providing flexibility and toughness.
- Fast UV Curing Process: Fully cures under high-intensity UV light with no need for secondary heat curing. Shadowed components are auto-cured within 72 hours under ambient conditions.

Curing Process
- UV Cure Parameters (using F200™ Arc or equivalent):
- UVA (320–400 nm): 4,500 mW/cm²
- UVB (290–320 nm): 1,440 mW/cm²
- UVC (290–220 nm): 135 mW/cm²
- VUV (400–700 nm): 4,320 mW/cm²
- No secondary heat cure required
- Shadowed areas self-cure at ambient temperature within 72 hours
