Incure Uni-Weld 1859 UV/Visible/LED curable adhesive is an acid-free, multi-substrate, gel bonder (gap size of 0.25 - 0.75mm). High in clarity, it is an excellent choice for needle bonding of up to 6,900 PSI on rigid or flexible PVC to PC and between 3,700 to 5,000 PSI on many other dissimilar substrates such as metals, glass and FR4 materials on a single application. Incure 1859 exhibits enhanced excellent moisture and temperature resistance and is extremely tough material with high elongation of 260%. It is ideal for bonding of electronic or optical devices requiring thermal cycling.
