MD 112-MSK-UR-SC is a light-curable adhesive that cures within seconds under UV/Visible light. It is designed for rapid bonding of PVC and other plastics commonly used in the production of airway management and respiratory devices.
Formulated with Encompass® technology, this adhesive combines two proprietary Dymax innovations:
- See-Cure: The adhesive is dispensed as a bright blue liquid to allow easy verification of placement and turns colorless upon full cure.
- Ultra-Red fluorescence: After curing, the material fluoresces bright red under low-intensity black light (365 nm), providing strong visual contrast especially on PVC and aiding quality inspection of bond-line areas.
This Newtonian self-leveling formulation is easy to dispense, solvent-free, and fully compliant with RoHS 2015/863/EC and ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity biocompatibility standards.
