Fluorescing Multipurpose Medical Device Adhesive for Flexible and Rigid Plastics
MD 1187-M-SV01 is a UV/Visible light-curable adhesive designed for rapid bonding of flexible and rigid plastics commonly used in the manufacture of medical devices such as reservoirs, tube sets, and fittings.
The adhesive fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm) to allow easy in-line inspection of the bond line. It is moisture-resistant, retains flexibility after cure, and is formulated without any non-reactive solvents, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness.
Bondable substrates include: PC, PVC, PU, ABS, and PET.
