MD 1204-M-SC is a light-curable medical adhesive designed to rapidly bond flexible plastics commonly used in medical devices. It cures in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light and delivers silicone-like softness with the mechanical toughness of acrylic, ideal for applications requiring a flexible and durable joint.
The product incorporates Dymax's patented See-Cure technology, appearing blue in the uncured state to aid adhesive placement verification. Upon sufficient light exposure, the adhesive turns colorless to confirm full cure.
Bondable substrates include: PVC, PU, ABS, PC, and EVA.
