The L12531-01 is a sealed-type microfocus X-ray source using a transmission target. It features a tube voltage of 40–110 kV, maximum output of 16 W, minimum resolution of 2 µm, short FOD of 1 mm, X-ray beam angle of 120°, and RS-232C communication.
